Each brand has a unique warranty period, these are:

The warranty is non-transferable and voids in case of visible damage to the device. The warranty also becomes void if it is found that the device has been opened, serviced, and/or repaired by third parties. The warranty sticker on the device may only be removed by authorized personnel from Devina's Enterprises; otherwise, the warranty is void. The warranty is valid only if the device is serviced and/or repaired exclusively by authorized personnel from Devina's Enterprises within the warranty period.
The warranty is only valid upon presentation of a purchase receipt and covers a warranty period of 7 days for consumables. There is no warranty when using counterfeit refill ink/toners, and the warranty expires with improper use (for example, connecting to 220V instead of 110V).
During the warranty period, the packaging with the serial number must be retained, which is necessary for exporting the device. Devina's Enterprises does not provide loan devices.
During the warranty period, Devina's Enterprises reserves the right to:
- Determine diagnosis
- Perform repairs
- Replace the device if repair is not feasible
Maintenance services during the warranty period are not free, and the date of purchase also serves as the start date of the warranty period.
